Functional art lamps using salvaged wood & vintage inspired light bulbs

Every single piece of wood, even from the same tree, is one-of-a-kind. The fingerprints of a tree. Keeping this in mind, Jeffrey Bengston puts that philosophy at the forefront in his work. Salvaged wood provides not only the fingerprints of trees that no longer stand, they also provide the fingerprints of time. Nail holes, splits, sawmill marks, weathering, even bulletholes, all add to the character that makes it one-of-a-kind. Jeffrey pairs the unique flavor that time has on wood with vintage inspired light bulbs to create lighting for homes that will bring warm electric candlelight character and ambience to any room.
