Attention all artists! The Dragon Moon Festival is the city's largest outdoor Asian Festival. We have events August 1-2 and September 5-6. We expect 3-5,000 each weekend and have two great art vending areas.
Advanced registration for the Street Gallery was held on March 5th 2009. There are still spaces available. The next opportunity for Advanced Registration will be on Thursday April 2nd, on the corner of 13th and Hoyt, from 3:00 - 4:30.
The First Thursday Street Gallery is from April to November, on the first Thursday of each month. Three blocks are closed off in NW Portland between Everett and Johnson on 13th street from 5 to 10 p.m. The gallery showcases hand-made and original artwork by local area artists. Come down to see the art and enjoy the setting!

Urban Art Network is an organization dedicated to the empowerment of Independent Artists. We work to create inspiring venues for artistic expression and to promote the development of an artist network. We support direct exchange between Artists, Patrons and the Community.
